Constretto 1.0 finally released

After almost 2 year of development effort, Constretto 1.0 is now finally released.

I am currently trying to get my motivation up for writing some reference documentation, but it is hard, and help would be appreciated.

Next step now is to get it uploaded to the Maven central repository
