Stage Aware Spring Contexts Version 1-0-beta-4 released

Since JavaZone 2008 is closing, so the speed of releases increases to get things done before I am going to demo it

The reason for this release is that after discussing the @StagedProperty annotation with my collegue Trygve Lagstøl, I came to the conclution that that name was a little to implementation revealing. The annotation should represent configuration of objects more than the fact that it is a staged property located in a property file. A natural thing to to then was to rename it to something that more stated the concept of configuration. So now it is called @Configuration.
